Common topics

  • Delete my account. See carpool1.com/delete-account — you can delete from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have access.
  • I forgot my password / can't sign in. Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen, or email support@carpool1.com if you can't access the linked email.
  • How does matching work? Is my address visible? No. Posted locations are fuzzed to a roughly 800-meter grid before any other user sees them. Exact coordinates are shared only after both sides confirm a ride. See the privacy policy for details.
  • Report a user. Email support@carpool1.com with the user's display name, the route or message context, and a description of what happened. We review every report.
  • I'm not in the Philadelphia area — when will you launch here? We're rolling out region by region. Email support@carpool1.com with your city and we'll let you know when we open.
  • Driver verification. Profile and driver-license uploads are reviewed manually. This typically takes 1–3 days. We'll email when your status changes.

Emergencies

Carpool1 is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number. After you are safe, email support@carpool1.com so we can take action on the account involved.
